What to Expect

Sundays @ LAC

We know that checking out a new church isn’t always easy, so we want to serve you and help you to know what to expect at either our 9am or 10:45am service.

Parking

From the moment you pull in to our location on the bluff of Port Washington, you’ll notice a beautiful context with clear signage that will set you at ease and help you from “nervous to come” to “excited to be here”.

First Steps

As you walk in, you see multiple friendly faces of a well-trained and easily identified volunteer staff. Our Guest Services desk is staffed and resourced to meet your needs and answer any questions you might have. We hope you will get the sense of a fresh, and engaging environment from a lobby smelling of fresh Stone Creek coffee and sweet bread.

Kids?

If you have children, our Lakeside Kids Ministry check-in area is staffed and ready to help you. We offer care and classes for kids birth-4th grade with excellent teacher in a safe and transparent environment. You can learn more by visiting our Lakeside Kids page. If you have older kids (5th-6th grade), we hope they will check out our Divers’ Club program.

Services

In the service you will have the opportunity to encounter the gospel message through songs being led by talented musicians who value participation and excellence in their work. Whether it’s audio, video, or lighting our technical team aims to craft an experience that draws people in and eliminates barriers to their engagement. Additionally, you’ll hear a thought-provoking message intended to meet everyday people where they are at, while trusting in God’s Word to point you in the direction you need to go. In the service you will also hear about clear next steps with Lakeside and how you can take action on them.
